Japanese Iris
108 Flowers - Book 3

13m
Japanese Irises are magnificent, exquisite and elegant. This flower can bloom in shades of blue, lavender, purple, white, pink and red-violet.
Japanese Iris features the traditional iris look of upright center petals above [crown] and dangling falling petals below [skirt]. In the Japanese Iris though, the crown is short while the skirt petals are fat and long. These drooping petals are able to flutter in the breeze like insect wings. The effect is a full, luxurious flower that seems to float above its stem.
